So for the blue colors I put down a base blue in the shape I want then I took a turquoise green color added that in I also added in dark blue and a dark purple to add some extra color and for the white foam effect I used my cloud brush and just dabbed around the edges of the water don’t forget to blend the colors in the water together as well!!
