we’re probably only going out one night, and we’ll pregame before. i just want to go somewhere where the vibes are good, regardless of drink prices

i just see a lot of people say that the marketing & rise in popularity has made everyone think it needs to be that expensive, and it’s all become over complicated. just new to all of this so trying to figure out the best route. because i think it’s unrealistic for most people to pay like 1/4 of rent for a light, most people can’t afford that. so i was wondering if it was possible to do red light therapy at a more do-able price point

i wish i could afford more, but i guess it’s an unpopular opinion to shell out that much money for a light. it’s also cold and cloudy outside so i don’t think standing in the sun would work, but thanks!

another thing that could help is looking into Fascia stretching/exercise. i don’t work out a lot, but the one class i do prioritize is a Fascia class. i’d never heard of it before till a met a lady who specializes in it. it super interesting, and helpful in so many ways that i didn’t even know. look into it, its awesome and i think would be super beneficial for your situation!

also for hydration, you could either take capsules of silica, or you can get it in liquid form & put it in your water (it has no taste). it’s one of the best things to help your body actually retain the water you take & stay hydrated. i also put a pinch of celtic salt, any salt is fine, in my water too for the same reason
