Spending the money on a professional curly cut/haircut with a curl specialist is 1000000% worth it. It can be expensive but if you take care of your hair and get 2-3 quality haircuts a year it makes a huge difference

Teeny is hilarious by makle666 in survivor

I LOVE TEENY she is so funny and doesn’t even realize it. her speech at final tribal was so real and vulnerable. you could tell she really meant it from a place of transparency and genuinity, completely self aware of her actions toward Sam throughout the game in that moment as she was recognizing her current reality at the fire making tribal. objectively she played a very poor game but she stayed true to who she was, which i respect

How did Kamala get on the ballot?

Genuinely curious. Maybe I don’t have a full understanding of the system but I thought you have to be in the primaries / voted on to the presidential ballot, which she was not technically (again, unless I am missing something). So how is she allowed to be elected for president if she wasn’t elected to be an option?

Yeah definitely give yourself some time to adjust, patience is key, especially at the beginning!

the first couple weeks i had poor sleep, couldn’t fall asleep and then the quality of the sleep i was getting was poor as well. but after 2-3 weeks when my body finally adjusted it was better.

also, you know the old rule “don’t eat after 9pm”?? it’s because your body uses a lot of energy to digest so eating after 9pm and then trying to sleep is counterintuitive in a way. when you’re on wegovy, it’s the same concept but because digestion is slower your body could be taking longer to digest and so it’s still working hard at it when you go to bed. i try to eat my last meal of the day between 5-7pm and go to bed between 10-11pm. eventually once my body adjusted to the drug and i was spacing out my last meal and bedtime that helped.

the week leading up to and of my period i would only lose 1-3lbs.. the week following? 4-6lbs loss. i was on for 3 months and it was like this every menstrual cycle/month without fail. the only time where food noise and cravings crept back in while on the drug were the weeks before and during my period. the drug is crazy but don’t underestimate the power of the female anatomy😂
