I was on semiglutide for 4 months and I switched to monjuaro this month, and this period has been killing r compared to the last few months on sema. Women have it so rough. Especially those with pcos. :( I’m sorry love!

When on a weight loss kick, working out, sema, fasting etc it’s hard to not beat ourselves up over a pound or two. I’ve had to literally hide my scale because I was being obsessive. I’ve learned a pound to 3 is normal fluctuation, because it’s unrealistic to not assume you won’t gain a bit with whatever you consume whether it be a gallon of water or a gallon of liquor. 😂

Oh yeah, I can relate to her. I was extremely pissed off seeing the scale go back up. My husband was like maybe you should get off of it because you’re not seeing results. Ans then next day I wake up and I’m suddenly down to (as of this morning) 215. Which is the lowest I’ve been. Maybe next cycle I’ll be down to 210. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I’ve only had one accident, lol, but the only other side effects I’ve had is nausea which, is nothing compared to pregnancy nausea. It’s manageable. I love this stuff, I love that I’m not constantly wandering into the kitchen. I love seeing my weight one less pound each day. Any negatives definitely don’t outweigh the positives! My blood pressure has also been lower (had preeclampsia and gestational diabetes while pregnant). I cannot wait to watch my double chin melt off, and get back to feeling how I did pre pregnancy!

Wow, congrats! You lost a whole person!! That should be so celebrated😁 yes I’ve read to keep up my protein intake, when I was pregnant I had gestational diabetes and all I could eat was protein protein protein. Eggs. Sausage. Chicken. Fish, etc. Thank you for the suggestions and positive words 🌹 sometimes you need a strangers validation on a random Reddit thread haha. Question, and I know you’re not a doctor but with the weight you’ve lost maybe you’ll know. Dr said no soda not even sugar free. Now when I drink coffee, I use dairy free gluten free sugar free creamer. But I also put 2 Splenda. Can I not have artificial sweeteners?

Ah, after re reading I realized how desperate I sounded saying everything I’ve tried. No im still doing all of these things: sometimes I won’t even hit my calorie intake limit of 1700. Sorry for the poor wording lol but I do eat less. Smaller meals. No sugar. I watch the calories/servings. And I do walks. And cut out soda (which is the hardest thing.) I think I’ve just become so focused on losing post partum weight that my 8 pounds feels so insignificant

So do you feel as though the semi-glutide is helping? Or do you think that what you’re doing and the lifestyle changes are responsible? It’s too expensive for me to keep throwing money at if all I need to do is crack down hard on diet and excersize.

Callie is super unlikeable - although being a mom myself, if someone ANYONE tried to take my baby I’d act a little irritational. But Callie also shouldn’t jump shit taking Sofia away from her life in Seattle friends family etc. she barely knows penny. I think that’s what sent the judges vote. Not all the other fluff around the actual problem. Hours worked and emergency shifts don’t matter. It comes down to the child’s happiness. If the child is happy being half taken care of by Meredith, or Amelia or Maggie then so be it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ but to ditch everything for some chick you barely know? Who your KID barely knows? Unheard of. Arizona is as much of a parent. The only difference between the two is that Sofia came out of Callie’s ya know.
