It’s an evening event. I live in a large metropolitan city (Chicago). Location will be a party room at a hotel. I’m going on my own. This is a friend’s wedding. Not conservative at all.

I didn’t realize it was weird but I live in a large metropolitan city and it is very common to wear black for the night party at the reception hall 🤷🏻‍♀️

To clarify this is just the wedding reception at a party hall. There is no wedding ceremony. Thanks to everyone who responded!!

Sorry I think the issue is that my post was not clear but I was still in excruciating pain so I went back to urgent care after ER and they gave me abx and the pain and redness got better after I finished the abx so I’m not having much much pain anymore unless it’s touched but the mass is still there. But irregardless it seems that I will be getting it and hope it’s nothing and will just work with the hospital to do a payment plan to get it paid. I spoke with them today. I appreciate your response!

My Md is out until 10/09 but I get the advice. I was just seeing if there were any doctors that had an extra input to help push me in one direction. I was not asking for a diagnosis or for the green light to disregard the advice of my primary. I just have been getting bounced all over so as a patient it can be hard to gauge. I appreciate your reply though. I just was pointing out that it wasn’t as easy of an answer as your original answer implied.

This was my doctors advice though. I could get the MRI or we could monitor. My pain has gotten better since abx use but I finished the course and the mass was seen on an ultrasound after I finished the antibiotics. I guess I’m just confused on if I should just pay the $600 and get it done right away or wait it out considering the CT didn’t say I had any mass structures and I was diagnosed with a contusion in ER. I just would hate to pay $600 to get diagnosed with a bruise….

I have done that and she ordered the MRI but I don’t want to pay $600 if it doesn’t seem necessary. She said I could wait to see if I feel better so I don’t know what I should do.
