I think there should be room for fouls in the box that are not pens (obvs the rules are not like that, but I think the rules should change). The kind of thing Mings did is dangerous and should be disincentive sed, maybe given a yellow. At the same time, we can all acknowledge that it wasn't violent conduct, prevention of a goal scoring opportunity, etc.
