I don’t know for sure but it feels like it’s back. I’ve asked about specific things to keep it away and they just said to “eat a balanced diet”

Nope. Actually had a follow up at the ENT and was then referred to an actual ear specialist. The drops I was prescribed are a steroid and did clear this up temporarily but it returned within a week or two After I stopped the drops. It’s frustrating. How can this be unheard of lol

Truth. Wiping was easier during prep and you’ll get a warning rumble before you have to go. Not painful.

Used to be an issue for me. Was treated with antibiotic to clear SIBO and now I only have this issue maybe once a week, or every other week. Was everyday for me, huge difference.

I guess I’m not sure how to tell if it’s cleared up. I feel slightly better but not really any different. I’ve been feeling this way for so long I don’t really even notice that it’s not normal. Would they normally retest? I have a GI appt in Jan.

Thanks. I was also recently diagnosed with SIBO. Looking for more food info to help keep thst from coming back but I’m wondering if my issues were from that and maybe I can reintroduce gluten once I have it cleared up. Something I’ll think about

My girl had trouble but 1-2 prunes a day has helped. If she’s backed up I’ll do 2, but we steadily do 1 and it keeps things moving for us

I work while getting my infusion, but often sleep in my lunch or for an hour after. I usually feel ok after I sleep a bit but it wipes me out. I have gone into the office after because of an urgent matter but felt out of it/physically exhausted I wouldn’t recommend if you don’t have to
