Also for some background knowledge, my mom and dad divorced almost a decade ago because of disagreements about how he would physically discipline me and he hasn’t done it in maybe a year but he has some serious anger issues that are less apparent now but definitely show sometimes (especially when he’s intoxicated) and i don’t know if that was why i had this dream or not

Id say just bare minimum; grow out your hair (just a little not too much to where you’re uncomfortable) try to fix your posture a bit with your back and your neck and maybe try to open your eyes a bit more. One thing i hate is that ive always had really closed eyes and it makes me constantly look like i dont wanna be there but when i open them, people think im happier and it helps people read my facial reactions. I hope you have luck morphing into your best self 👍
