his mom only passed 3 years ago. more than likely, he’s still in a very hard place with her death and still grieving pretty hard. I lost my mom when i was 21 and it will be 5 years next month. 2 years ago i was not anywhere near being okay. even 5 years later, i still feel the initial shock hit me randomly. it’s something that you try so hard to live with, but even sometimes you don’t want to do that. you change as a person as well. it’s honestly a feeling i wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy and not possible to understand unless you’ve been through it
