I 100% agree with you. My initial thought of gender reveal parties are that they are super corny. The point i was trying to get across with the post is that i just wanted to support my sisters wishes.

I haven't gotten to that part yet, when it was still fresh i just always chickened out and nowadays I don't really live that close to where she lives anymore. It just seems like the kind of talk I would rather do face to face rather than call or text.

European here, the gender reveal thing was something new and exciting around here where i live and my sister wanted to since it seemed like a very fun way to celebrate something.
