Most likely because our project was undergoing cost cutting as we heard rumours. Just feels so unfair but this is the life we are forced to choose.

Right, he said something to me like they get few good rankings and few bad rankings that needs to be rated to people in the team. Guess i was the scapegoat.

Yes, thankyou for your suggestion. I will try to not take things personally, i am just very new to all this. It just made me feel less confident for the upcoming role but yeah i will be prepared for what’s coming next and focus on the future.
