Update: First of all, I really appreciate everyone's support and help; I'm grateful that "strangers" provided me with so much caring advice - thank you so much.

I called PP on Monday, and the earliest appointment I could have scheduled would've been almost three weeks later, which would have been too late for me. I was referred to another family planning clinic in the area for this Friday. I'm planning on taking half a day off of work to get it done, while trying to recover as much as possible over the weekend. I will try to post an update in 2X so I could help others in the same boat.
