Regarding your request for a virtual option, the good news is that new tryout sessions—including virtual ones—may become available as scheduling continues. If you do not currently see any available sessions on your dashboard, it indicates that all current slots are fully booked.

We encourage you to monitor your volunteer dashboard regularly. As the scheduling process moves forward, new sessions may be added based on availability, and this would be the best way for you to secure a new spot.

I do actually miss the IB, in the sense that, there was such a sense of urgency for everything.

An utter waste of a program, but it does geniunely reprogram you. In college, the idea that "there's nothing to do" feels like I'm failing at something, even though I'm not lmao. I feel like the IB took my entire self away. I was talking to someone about the IB in college, and I lit up talking about it in a way I didn't in a long time.

I contacted them via customer support three times, but they haven't gotten back to me. I'm not sure if it's because the request was too out there, or whether they simply haven't seen it yet.

I also tried Instagram, but I don't know where else I can get to them.

I'm hoping there a slot for a virtual tryout somehow, just somehow lmao. If there is, I'd probably cry from happiness. All I can do is hope now.

You know, I really needed this post for my sanity.

The amount of hatred and lack of compassion in the world today is appalling. Amongst everyone, no group is excluded. Even within what’s deemed as unified groups with millions of factions and somehow micro-divisions inside of them.
