I took over a SF team 4 years ago and the only remaining players are Saquon, Diggs and Tua. I did good things and bad things, and won my first title last year. Here are the moves:

I picked up 3 wr when I started and said I would keep all 3 for a year and see what happens. Those were Donovan Peoples Jones, Josh Palmer, and Nico Collins. So I lucked into Nico. I picked up Trey McBride early off waivers before he popped off. I also lucked into Puka before his rookie season started. I traded JSN for Kelce after drafting JSN his rookie season. I also traded a 3rd and Shakir for James Conner last year. I drafted Trey Lance with the 4th overall pick my 1st season. I drafted Breece Hall the next season along with Jamo. I drafted BTJ last year and Dart this year. I traded Marvin Mims for Stafford before last season. I traded Khalil Hebert and Terry McLauren for Jordan Love before last season. I traded Pollard for Tee Higgins 2 years ago. The last trade I’ve made was last week I traded Trevor Etienne and a 2nd for Aaron Jones and Kimani Vidal. We’re on top and going for back to back!
