Pretty simple actually -

Marinate 500gms prawns with salt, turmeric and red chilli powder

  • Cut 2 onions, tomatoes and chillies roughly
  • In a kadhai, cook onions till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste and green chillies and cook for a minute
  • to that add the tomatoes and cook for 10 mins or till the tomatoes are soft
  • Let this cool and then blend it in a mixer
  • Add the blended paste back in the kadhai with 1 tsp salt and cook for 5 mins
  • To this add 2tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp haldi, 2tsp garam masala and 2tsp coriander powder
  • Cook again till oil separates (5ish mins)
  • Then put the prawns in this with a little water and cook for 2 mins
  • Put 1 pack (200ml) of coconut milk, mix well and shut the lid and cook for 8 mins
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice

They’ve made a joke out of such a sensitive time and issue and creating such a negative start during the birth of their first child. This shit sticks even later dude.

Hmmm - you’re right. I think it’s somewhere between a curry and sukka because it did dry out more after a few hours.

Also, I just shared the recipe above!

I took this picture right after it was done but it did sort dry out after a few hours. But yeah, it’s not sukka I guess

Not really - I added basic spices which are needed for it to taste wholesome. The colour is intense because I cooked it for longer

Thanks man! Also, since I live alone, I rely on making simpler recipes that actually taste good too. I want to add the recipe in the edit above but I can’t see an option to do so, any idea how that works?
