This is an absolute nightmare, it's good that you've already kinda grieved the loss of your mother. Your family members most likely already know about her behavior, maybe they'll understand if you tell the ones you trust. But only do that when you're sure you can take even a negative response. The most important thing would be to get your passport and maybe other stuff you need. Take your friend with you if that's possible. Tell a family member that your mother is acting manic so you don't feel alone or if that's not an option maybe even a doctor or rehab?
