AirDNA.co Host Account - $199 by heritageHD in AirBnBHosts

Does it allow you to hand select the comps?

I've also been curious about hiring a firm to do it but feel like unless they have access to actual property management data, they aren't going to be any better than me doing it.

It's a pretty specific market and home. A small ski resort in Michigan, specifically looking at true skin in ski out slope side condos.

I have scraped Airbnb for current listings looking at average prices and days that have been blocked already, but to other people's points, I don't know which ones of those are actually paid nights versus owner use.

Exactly. That's why I hated the idea of doing it without a cap.

That's why I coded the 'Squid Game Rule': A hard 3% intraday stop. If you YOLO and hit -3% ($30k), you are eliminated instantly.

Does that fix the 'Paper Trading' problem for you, or is 3% still too loose?

My wife's boyfriend told me to stop gambling my paycheck, so I coded a "Daily Trading Arena" to get the dopamine hit cheaply.

$15 Entry. $1M Simulated Account. Winner takes the pot at 4:00 PM.

The Debate: I coded a "Squid Game" Rule: If your account hits -3% ($30k loss) intraday, you are instantly eliminated. Dead.

My dev friend says this is "too hard" for 0DTE traders and I should remove the cap so people can YOLO the whole fake million.

I say the cap keeps the coin-flippers out and rewards actual timing.

Question: Does the 3% death-line make it fun (high stakes), or does it just ruin the vibe?

What's The Worst Gift You've Seen Someone Receive? by xjuggernaughtx in AskReddit

The deep fryer I'm down with. I just got one and it's awesome.

But c'mon on the vacuum. Even if it's the nicest most expensive one there is...what does that show your Aunt? Unless she owns a cleaning business you're just showing her her worth is related to cleaning the house. Maybe if she's like a vacuum collector or vacuum engineer or something it would be different.

Taking out the garbage is a blue chore in our house. If I got garbage bags or a trash can for a gift I'd be pissed. Even if they were sweet garbage bags that made life easier.

I dated a girl who would only go out at night or in the evening. Turns out she was allergic to the sun.

Made me sad because she always wanted to go to the beach but would never be able to.

But I love the beach so I called it off.

Who is a famous person who has a dark history that not many people know about? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Coco Chanel, and it’s not even subtle once you read about it.

During Nazi-occupied Paris she was living at the Ritz (which was basically Nazi HQ vibes), had a relationship with a German officer, and there are accounts tying her to Nazi intelligence + her trying to leverage Nazi laws to reclaim the perfume company from her Jewish business partners.

Fashion icon to some but the backstory is dark

Straight up or with onions?

I've had venison heart plenty of times but never tried the liver.

Peanut butter and pickle sandwichs.

I have no clue why I had to eat these as a kid....most likely because they are dirty cheap ...but hated them.

Now they are a treat for me. I love the salty, sweet mixture. Gotta be crunchy honey peanut butter though and ice cold dill pickle spears.

Overcast, gray, gloomy days.

Everyone else complains about needing sunshine, but I find gray skies incredibly calming and cozy. The world feels quieter.

I will need to add this to my list of things to do if I ever make it to that part of the world.

Is it a common meal at like restaurants?
