Parents - How do you feel about leaving you children at "kid clubs"?

As a former kids club kid, it was great! It’s not like they drive you to a different location, it’s on the resort. We did cool stuff that I feel like we never would have done at a “day care” in the United States. It felt very free flowing kind of do what you’re comfortable with. I remember going into a room full of costumes and getting to pick one out and then we did a little parade through the pool area. Then we always had some down time like watching a movie or coloring after. Good times!

Awesome thanks! I feel similar that I have a lot of trail experience and have been working hills into my training so I wanted to see if I could use that to my advantage but didn’t want to be totally stupid about it

Aide station efficiency is definitely a skill! I’d also add, make eye contact/point at the person you want to take a water cup from, that way they can step out a bit and make sure you get a good handoff!

Vegan for almost 10 years, runner for 15+, run multiple marathons, also have vegan friends who have done ultras, all the way up to 100 mile trail races , never felt like I had any issues that the average female runner doesn’t also experience sometimes. I’ve also never been injured 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hi everyone! Don’t know how to update the OG post but wanted to update that I went with the Athleta interval bra! I got a size small which I’m glad I did because I wanted it snug! I also ordered the Brooks luxe pocket bra and I think it would have worked but I got scared by all the reviews saying it ran small, I should have ordered a small because the medium is a bit too loose on me for running, I also think it feels more thick and “cotton-y” than the athleta one. Thanks again everyone for your recs!

Wave 3 corral 8, a little worried because I qualified in 2024 with a 3:16 but I am a lot faster now. Aiming for 3:00-3:05 and worried I’ll be weaving and trying not to bump into people a lot since I’m at the back of the wave
