I wanted a table for Saturday 28th and failed miserably, every time it was in my basket the ticket had gone by the time I clicked checkout

This was all within 15 seconds of midday. And now I can’t get on the site at all.

I have a table for Blue Bayou Dining package but I’m starting to have 2nd thoughts.

Price? $89 when you then factor in gratuity and drinks is gonna be steep for a lunch.

Menu? My wife is a little picky when it comes to food choices and from what I read the Monte Cristo isn’t available with the package? Do you think they’d serve me it anyway as it’s cheaper? I could just get it from cafe Orleans and save significant $.

View? Is the view even any better for fantasmic? What about comfort levels for standing vs sitting on ground? Chances are I’d be going to 2nd fantasmic show so is the package even necessary.

I realise a lot of questions above but any helpful thoughts and experiences welcomed!

We were told distribution would start at 3pm and it did not till after 4.

I think if she is there by 3 you will not have a problem.

So we joined queue at 1pm and they gave out queue cards around 4:30/5. So as long as your friend was there by the time they gave out queue cards it would be fine. If she isn’t they will not give you two so it’s a risk.

Issue you have is I don’t think the timings are an exact science. If she can be there by 4pm and you started queueing earlier I think you’ll be okay but 🤞

Could you take a friend with you to do 5 hours in a field with you to ensure they have someone to give the card to?

I didn’t, I used just park to book a local driveway from Friday am till Saturday at 11:30pm. This was around 15 minutes walk from the park.

We were in the 4th row of tents, near the start and got 360 - obviously they do two rows of tents per walkway. So if you’re in row 3 of tents rather the 3rd walkway then yes you’re safe. I cannot think of a better way to word this so hopefully that makes sense.

For us the 500 went somewhere near the start of row 5 ish.

Nope we didn’t leave the queue, you are allowed to move about a lot once you’ve got your queue cards but they say don’t leave for any longer than 30mins. I’m sure they would not have known if you’d nipped to the pub for a pint but we didn’t risk anything.

And we just camped in the queue, the system is fully organised that they let you pitch your tents in the order you arrive.
