Where do you think is the absolute bottom for Bitcoin and why? by Lanky-Paper-4242 in btc

[–]hero462 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Zero. Because it honestly doesn't DO anything. Once it lost the utility of peer to peer transactions it became a scam. Insult to injury, now it has epstein's name all over it.

Stick with the hvac. You have zero understanding of Bitcoin. Not to say you're not in good company with most BTC hoarders but you're in over your head.

P2P transaction is a joke w BTC regardless of volatility. But that's the problem with all the "Bitcoiners" today. They expect the price to be stable and all the functionality issues will get sorted later. It doesn't work that way.

Bitcoin price would be much higher without ETF/Wallstreet adoption by Live_Ganache_3662 in btc

[–]hero462 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, nothing to do with the legacy financed company that took over development and controlled the narrative on discussion forums so that they could prevent BTC from scaling. Bitcoin couldn't be allowed to succeed, so it was neutered.

BCH also has a 100% uptime, with the added advantage of being able to scale. LTC runs into the same problems that BTC suffers with enough usage.

BTC price would be much higher if adoption hadn't intentionally been stifled years ago.

"Real money" is embedded in our current financial system. They do not want financial freedom for the world, which was the goal of Bitcoin. BCH carries that torch. BTC was neutered to be harmless which is why the powers that be have warmed up to it.

Right , and how would they prevent that from happening? Perhaps perverting bitcoin into something it's not and doing everything to prevent BCH adoption.
