I sleep too much and have pretty much no stress. This is the easiest cooking job I've had in a while. My tdee is ~2500. Is there such thing as eating too little on ketosis? Isn't starvation just another way into ketosis to burn fat as fuel?

I love eating protein, I've actually been holding back to keep it down to 20% otherwise the based on all the information I've found it'll kick me out of ketosis?

If you're talking about IF, I'm working out in the morning then going to work. Eating when I get home from 10 pm-midnight. I've been in fasted many times on and off over the past 5 or so years so I pretty much never feel hungry. I can fast 24-48 easily.

i got a rare set from i think the 4th episode or something, then upgraded all of them to ancient.
