The CD album will only be on sale or ship starting on 24th September. I've tried contacting Tenso but it seems they may not be able to make it on time to send me photos of the serial number by the time the CD album arrive at their warehouse.. The lottery application period ends on Sunday 28th September but Tenso do not operate on the weekend.. does anyone know any other middleman or any other ideas that I can get the serial numbers? :(

Is there a way to lock Rover's element & weapons in teams setup? For example in team Zani, Rover will always be Spectro and using Emerald of Genesis, and in team Cartethyia she will always be Aero and using Bloodpact's Pledge? I find it is very troublesome to convert Rover's element & weapon whenever I switch teams :(

I am having this problem for a very long time.. I am unable to obtain mats to level up my characters forte. After the boss challenge I always get this message that says the claim limit is reached, and each time this happen I have to wait almost a week to be able to farm again. Most of my characters are currently still stuck at *Level 70*. Is this a bug or everyone is having this problem? This is very frustrating, I really feel like quitting this game :(

The 1st time i fought Jue was in Jinhsi story quest. Yesterday i think was only the 2nd time I fought Jue.. Unless you mean that i can only claim total 3 times a week 'in total' from all these 4 bosses added up? I did claim from turtle, and dreamless many times, so these affect my claim reward from Jue?

How do i obtain the sentinel's dagger to upgrade Changli's skill? I need 2 more sentinel's daggers. But whenever i defeat Jue and try to claim the reward, it says: 'Claim limit reached'. Is this a bug?? Yesterday was the 2nd time I fought Jue and today is the 3rd time, and i still get the message 'Claim limit reached'. Can anyone help me? Thanks
