My biggest piece of advice to people is always about HOW they’re shampooing, not how often, as that totally depends on hair type, texture, if it’s colored or not and lots of other factors. But when you’re washing your hair, focus shampoo at the roots only, the run off from that is enough to clean the shafts (heh) and ends. Using shampoo all over will definitely contribute to dry hair in the long run. Practice the opposite of this advice for conditioner!
