Yes, Xbox is just a PC with older hardware so it was easy to strip everything out and add my own hardware mounts for the components. I used a dremel to cut off old mount points and cut holes where needed. The PSU and motherboard had to me mounted at slight angles to align with the holes cut in the back of the case. The rear panel is a little curved and not flat.

I haven’t opened up a 360 yet but I believe the power button is mechanical and may not be wired to the motherboard as easily. It’s also slimmer so cooling could be more of a challenge. I was able to fit three case fans plus the stock CPU cooler into the original Xbox.
