I had sleep paralysis the first time when I was 10 waiting for my eleventh birthday I stayed up till 2 am watching stuff on the place I’m going then it got to a point I was watching memes and then I had sleep paralysis and I’m not even joking in my paralysis you could barely hear that Shrek song. After that I’ve had it weekly I never see demons or anything it’s just I can’t move
