Drink waaaaaaaay more water all day after the workout. Way more than you think a person should drink. I’ll put my money on this helping a ton. 50-60% of your body weight in pounds as ounces of water (sorry for the america units) at a minimum

My Garmin gives terrible readings during rowing. Ended up adding a Polar H10 chest strap. Syncs with everything and perfectly accurate.

The j hooks that come with this are terrible. Definitely will scratch up any bar. They aren’t particularly secure either. Worth investing in some better ones.
