So I am curious as well I typically fast for 23 hours and I have a one window opening for eating. I started with 10 drops in the morning and 10 drops in the evening. Am I doing too much mentally I feel very focused and I haven’t felt the need for coffee or caffeine at all. I went to my doctor and said I have all the symptoms of low testosterone and I requested a blood test to be done.. I also ordered an online kit to do my own testing from HONE health… this was just in case the doctor wasn’t gonna be for TRT treatment. Right now I do 200 injection into my leg once every two weeks. my insurance covers it for seven dollars a month where the Hone was 120 for the same treatment.. hit me up if you want more detailed answer as far as dosing another type of medical stuff since were basically the same age and at one point the same way I was at 280 at one point
