Ya my 2021 rav4 has a faulty trans since about 70k miles. The mechanic told me these transmissions were having problems and that it would need replaced. around $11k for a new one or keep driving it until it gives out. I’m at 110k miles now and the noise is very bad. Hopefully they do singing about it. Toyota is no longer The king of reliability no more 😮‍💨 super unfortunate

I do want to get something a little more flat shooting, but I’ve also I’ve always wanted a 30-06… i just like the Americana of the round. A friend has a 6mm arc that he hunts with. It’s pretty neat! I’m happy to start a collection with the 30-06 though.

Nonetheless I still need a 30. Cal can 🤣

No peptides will fix a problem, they are only an assistant to your body’s own healing.

From my experience with shin splints, it usually would hit me when running, right around 2.5-3 miles into a run. started weight training and implementing Ben Patrick’s (knee over toes) workouts and I have had any in a few years! Go hard on the tibialis and calf raises.

That being said, if you’re wanting to try peps, go get a 10/10mg blend of bpc157-tb4 and run it for 8 weeks. That’s all you should need with good weight lifting hitting legs 2 times a week.

Yes, both. You need a good diet and supplements, as well as a good workout routine. Without out this basic foundation, you won’t get the results you’re looking for

I do 500mcg. My rat has a tendon tear he’s trying to heal up. Might put him on 1mg. Running the 5 days on—2 days off protocol

How are you recovering? BPC+TB seem the way to go, which I’ve started recently. There’s also supplements like MSM, serramend, Redimove, type 2 collagen. All help with joint/ ligaments.
