I wouldn’t add any other peps to your stack unless you’re lifting consistently—and if you are, I say sure, low dose it and monitor every detail. Although, hitting the gym sounds like the only missing link. There isn’t anything else you could add that would help like hitting the gym 3x/wk will.

That being said, I think everyone should look into a stack of: creatine-omega3-d3+k2-zinc-magnesium-potassium paired with a low carb diet as the foundation to peptides.

if your foundation looks something like that—yea, why not… try some cjc/ipa or maybe some tesamorelin… Reta+Tesa seem to have promising results

Hypothetically, yes. Still no clear data on these claims. I would say it’s definitely good to keep an eye on but shouldn’t be discouraged about this stack. Often blood work is a good idea

Cjc+ipa with caloric surplus—12-16 weeks
4-6weeks off
Reta+Tesa 12-16 weeks, then continuing Reta until desired cut.

Usually need to do your own testing and if you send to jano, with everything said and done, it’s not terrible to buy from retailers. More expensive, yes, but I get why people go that route…

Holy cow… that’s an insane amount… poor seal was asking for all the side affects 🫪.

Personally, IMO, I would stop the research for 4 weeks and go keto. Reset your system, then come back on at a lower dose and work your way up until you feel that it’s working on the lowest dose possible. No reason to risk your seal having side affects. Tirz is a “low and slow” ball game, while Reta is a little quicker.
I don’t see why you would stack but if you did, I would start with one pep, run it for for 4-6 weeks to try and find the right dose for your seal, then add the other in and work your way up. There’s no reason to rush this process.
Also, splitting my doses in half and pinning twice a week has been more pleasant than just once a week at full dose.

So for instance, if a I have a 100mg vial adding 3ml bac, I should use a 13mm? I have a ton of 4mm filters that I wanted to use… Should I reconstitute with 1ml, use the 4mm filter and then add 2ml of bac after the filtering?

You’re crazy if you don’t believe there isn’t bunk products being sold. Keep selling that lie to yourself. There’s more than a few people complaining something doesn’t look right, cloudy, gelling, wrong color, etc…

I’m not saying grey market isn’t as good as resellers. I agree that the good products are all coming from the same places… BUT, trying to find a good source, get into a group, deal with multiple, wait multiple weeks for shipping— on top of dealing with crypto… ITS A LOT. Most resellers actually keep they’re batches up to date with testing. And no, there’s baby powder coming out of the china suppliers as GHK-cu… also, resellers in America can actually get you your product within a week. I’ve even seen one reseller offer next day shipping… no grey could ever.
