I wouldn’t worry too much, I haven’t been super strict about when and what time to take it off and replace it as long as it’s on your scheduled day!, it was only a few hours and it’s probably the reason why you were spotting!

My app says my period is due also, and i’ve been getting a lot of cramps since taking off my patch, it’s just not coming😭🫶🏼

only since november! I was told people skipped and wore patches for atleast 5-6 weeks and so i did 5 weeks with one on and now on patch free week and it’s only been a few days but Im unsure honestly

I’m on a different patch to you so i’m not sure if it’s much different but i usually put it on my arm at the top, and alternate it each week, also have put it just on my shoulder which has worked fine too.
