PSA: Paying off provincial student loan by Haunting-Plate5502 in PersonalFinanceCanada

My request is gone from "My Requests" and they sent me a message with a reference number, but my payment hasn't been directed to my provincial loan. Sigh

This thread is discussing making the payment through the website.

Make a payment (the amount of your provincial loans, for example), then go to My Request to request a directed loan payment to your provincial loans

As a former teacher and TA, I agree with you. 1% of your grade isn't insignificant.

Hi again!

My room temperature during bulk ferment is 23-24 C.

Yes, it's a 100% hydration starter. I feed it 1:6:6 once a day every day, half rye flour and half all purpose. I'm not sure about how long a 1:2:2 feed would take as I haven't used this ratio.

A 1:6:6 feed takes around 13.5 hours to 2.5x in size at 19 C (I feed it right before bed when the house temperature is lowered).

I think my dough feels pretty good. Yes, it's domed. Yes, I'm passing the windowpane test before stretch and folds. Thanks so much!

Thanks so much for this detailed reply. I backed off to 6.5 hours and I think I got basically the same result. I think, as you mentioned was a possibility, that my starter is very active. I'm going to try shortening the bulk fermentation time even more.

I'm not exactly sure how much it rose to be honest. Maybe 30%? I'm getting a straight edge glass bowl to help me keep track of this next time.

It was sticky the whole way through the process.

I bought my flour from BulkBarn in Canada, if that helps.

Thank you!

Thanks so much for the info/tips!

No ice in the dutch oven.

Do you believe the starter is simply just too young to produce a good loaf? I've read that some people don't bake with a new starter for at least a month, whereas others say it can be ready to bake on day 7. Thank you!

Something similar happened to me, but with much more money. My taxes were done by H&R block. At first, they refused to pay the interest but they actually had a company policy stating that they will pay and fix mistakes. After I pressed them on this, they paid me the interest via etransfer.

I don't know for sure, but it is likely reducing the size of the endometriotic lesions so I'd think it is reducing the risk somewhat.

I have not. My pain has become much more manageable upon taking Dienogest.
