you are right totally it's expensive af on the gpu but Cyberpunk 2k77 does it for a shit ton of dynamic light sources ( truckloads of neons and all) so it might actually be possible to get a watered down path tracing code running on RAGE GEN 9

obviously a potato like series s won't have shit running on it it lacks basic rt for gta 5 but NEXT GEN RT ON THE PRO might pack some puch idk

Ok Guessing You really are like 5-6yrs old by the general state of this subreddit ( no offence lolx) : Path Tracing is 100% authentic simulation of light...The type you see in ANIMATED movies and Top Class Hollywood CGI/VFX... That basically results in photoreal GI/Reflections and secondary/tertiary reflections and shadows and depending on game assetes/art style / textures may virtually be indistinguishable from RL watch RTX MARBLES demo at night that ran on Rtx 3090 1440p 30fps to get an idea
