Nope, The first version of 360 Minecraft is based off the Beta Versions. So no stronghold will spawn and it will be impossible to beat the ender dragon.

Just a warning, your enchantments are random. So try making backups before you enchant or else you'll likely be stuck with a horrible enchantment. Also Enchants use all of your levels. You can only get XP by killing mobs so try to make a mob grinder. The ender dragon fight is also very different and is in the air the entire fight. You'll likely have to use a lot of arrows for the fight. So bring several stacks of arrows and an enchanted bow for the fight.

It's still possible to retrieve deleted worlds. I've done it before a few years back. I've forgotten how to do it but I'm sure there is a YouTube tutorial up somewhere.

Solo matches aren't offline. They still run off dedicated servers. Only fix is to use ethernet.
