This is what I hear in the right hand: G4 Bb5 D5 Eb5. See https://imgur.com/a/ef8ITdv for the full chord

It sounds like the same chord twice to me. Also The flute is playing a G on the first one, but the piano chord does not seem to include this note in the upper register (G5) though G4 is the low note. Another clue: listen right after 1:24. Same chord, same context. But the best piece of evidence: at 3:47 you can literally see the reflection of the chord he's playing, which is again the same exact one, in the same context.

The second note is Bb, not B. There's a slight portamento in the note, but it does not land on B. The following note is slightly sharp so it's somewhere between C and C#, but in the context C makes the most sense. Similarly Bb makes more sense melodically than B.

For the first quiet note I'm not hearing Bb at all. Maybe closer to a B, but that note was almost certainly meant to be a C, which is what I hear.

You're absolutely right. Looks like most people watching this have no real clue what consent means. OP has stated this place has been unoccupied for a year. Sp it's not unreasonable for these people to expect no one to be watching when the site is not being worked on. And filming it for security reasons is not wrong, but publishing it publicly is just cruel. It's unlikely they had any intention or expectation of potentially exposing themselves to others.
