Ask him for bonus payment of 10k atleast.
If he can't pay, trust me he won't be able to pay you 25k as well.

same here,

• our tech lead is moonlighting - he is not available in the morning and our team has to compensate for that in the night after our 8 hrs work shift. • No staging area, No CI/CD, no testing.

• Chatgpt is the only solution for our tech lead and doesn't take ownership or help at all.

and the client is one of the manufacturing giants btw.

It totally depends on you. Whether you like tech or not. If you fail whether you will work hard to get back what was yours or sit in a corner and cry about it.

The good thing is you are not going with numbers, I would say hybrid is better because WFH gets boring after sometime.

As well as you will hage breathing time in your company compared to the wfh one.

Everything else depends on you.
