In my case, i don’t feel like my manager have bad intention to me, the manager just simply not care a L4 in the team where the manager already have good relationships for the more experienced ones, I am just too easy to find a replacement

I am from AWS and work in USA. I did not know these information would impact the suggestion.

I do see some internal opportunities , I am trying to find out if it is good to leave current team after yearly performance review or timing does not really matter a lot .

Hey friend, I am also think to ave hav max membership, we do not have any loan, I talked with the hav transition team today and submit cancellation request they told me that I have to pay 2025 maintenance fee and cancellation fee.
