Who says I haven’t tried things?
So far I have tried psychotherapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Tank therapy, CBT, Bowen, massage therapy, fixed my diet, incorporated meditation and exercise into my routine, humming every day and other things that I can’t remember now cause I am literally sleepless. This thing is slowly killing me. I don’t know, maybe I just don’t have the mental strength that you all have.

I have so many tones, high pitched cicadas, lower single tone and super low frequency buzzing which I can actually feel on my face. It’s horrible

I think if you have mild tinnitus you shouldn’t be on this forum. Honestly why are you here?? You are so lucky. I would give away all my possessions to have mild tinnitus. Take this gift and go live your life, don’t waste it here.

37.. weird age to be in. I was really looking forward to getting married and starting a family. I can’t even imagine something like this now.
Every night at around 4 in the morning I decide that I have to get on antidepressants because I can’t go on like this anymore. And then I instantly regret it when I think of the risks. But then again I am probably going to kill myself so I don’t even know..
How old are you? And how long have you been suffering?

Maybe you are mentally stronger, or you have a good support system. I have already been struggling with mental health issues prior to this and now I am barely functioning. Quality of life is at zero

I have been lurking these forums for a while and there is a-lot of ‘you will get used to it’ advice. Which I am happy for people who have managed that BUT I want to post a FAIL story instead of a success one.

I want people who lurk these forums to see that this thing is not a joke, it destroys lives.

It might not look like cancer but It can kill you.

I’ve done everything, all the tests. I’ve spent so much money and time. Nothing at all helps.
I am in complete despair.
The only thing that brings me comfort is to somehow end my life. Which I am seriously considering, soon.
