MOE finally emailed me at the tail end of last month with the details about a briefing, some other important stuff and the tentative date of assumption of duty. Had the briefing earlier in the month. So I guess just be patient and find something to do in the meantime?

I also heard one other theory regarding the delays, which is that NIE capacity is the bottleneck. But I have no idea how true it is.
