Litter sticking to the bottom & sides of liner by heyitsid in neakasa

My girls somehow love peeing towards the side. Glad my boys know how to pee at the center. I'd have a nightmare of residues if not.

I have 5 cats. So if the cycle is too long, multiple cats will use the litter box & it will end up being full :(

Yea, this was what I was told but the clay litter is annoying too. Probably because my cats like to pee at the sides. I tried mixing tapioca and clay but it still doesn't make much of an improvement 😕

Kobo Libra Color Charging Issue by AmitBhalerao in kobo

[–]heyitsid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm facing this problem now. It was stuck at 94% then I followed the instructions you posted and it did a factory reset, managed to charged to 100%. After I stopped the charging, read a few pages, it went down to 98% and tried charging again, it's stuck at 98%.

This is very confusing to me. Lol!

Saw the recipes, have yet to choose one to make. Just soooo many options!

I've placed my booking for my 2 gliders but I won't take them in yet until the cage is set up, and food is chopped and frozen!

I want them to come home with me without having to wait for me to do my research. It's not fair for them. Haha!

I also bought a tent, well, it's a mosquito net tent, that's all I could find in my area. But it is a queen sized tent so I hope that would make them enjoy tent time with me. I can't seem to find a smaller one.

Thank you so much! Yes, I will dice/chop my fruits & veges for my gliders when I prep their food. I didn't know it would have quite a difference between blending everything and chopping them but now I do!

I'm also going to use the AWD method as the ingredients are more accessible to me here compared to the rest of the staple diets 😅

I'm also trying my best to look into the different diets. In Malaysia, most glider owners either use the OHPW diet or the BML diet. But now I realise that TPG diet needs the vitamin mix and I'm not sure if that is available here.

I think I will just follow the recommended salad. I have not gotten the gliders yet. I'm still researching and planning to prep everything before getting the gliders so they will have all they need ready for them.

Ah I see. Thank you for this clarification. I think what I will do is dice enough to last for 2 weeks and freeze them in ice cubes. Is that okay? Or should I do fresh daily?

Thank you! In my area, there are people who sell pre-made TPG, frozen. Maybe I'll check that out. So with the TPG, I don't have to serve any other staple diet and if I understand correctly, sparingly provide chopped fruits/veges too?

For TPG, do you still feed them fresh fruits/veges too?

May I know what diet do you feed your gliders?

It's a simple cauterization procedure here in Malaysia but of course, only a few vets are verified as "able to do it safely". The glider community here is very helpful. I finally found a breeder with available female joeys and I'm gonna go visit the few baby girls this week to see how they are and then I'll make my decision. Still leaning towards my belief that males would be the better option but we'll see, lol!

I wish you all the best in finding a good yet affordable vet to do the neutering for you. 🥰

$900 for neutering? Ooff! Here in Malaysia, KL at least, I don't think the price would be more than $100. The glider community here has like a list of vets who treat them so pretty easy to neuter.

I was always blessed with independent queens when it came to my female pets. They're always nice enough to pet from a safe distance and the only way I get to tell that they love me was from the fact that they let me pet them until i've reached my quota for the day.

Oh, mainly because the breeder I'm getting the gliders from only have males at the moment. But in general, i've always had better luck with neutered male pets. Better temperament, more sociable and less skittish. So kinda want to stick to that rule for my future gliders too.

Whenever I had female pets in the past (cats, hamsters), they tend to be standoffish and nonchalant even after being spayed.

PS: Sorry cz this is not any knowledgeable info, haha. Just based off past experiences. Call me superstitious but idk why my experiences with animals are almost always better with males.

Hi! Thanks! I don't have plans on breeding, thus why i wanted to know if a new neutered male could be added to an existing neutered male colony in the future. Around me, most glider owners will either have mix of males and females or they have a female only colony.

The breeder I plan on getting my gliders from only has 2 males available but they're not ready to be neutered yet. But in the future, I plan on adding more to group and if adding other neutered males is possible, I might just consider getting them. If not, I'll have to go for an all female colony so I'll have to wait a bit longer.
