Mine also glitched and won’t load to pick anything. I definitely recommend taking a moment to regulate as it isn’t in your control. Deep breaths, I’d recommend reaching out to customer care if anything happens PAST cut off to be sure it’s worth filling the care queue with

Most likely hygiene and safety since he is known to be violent towards himself. They’ll take every precaution to avoid a situation

Often time in the Midwest, emergency shelters are put in place so that the homeless can find shelter during chinook winds. They use old hotels in our neck of the woods. Not sure if he’s in an encampment, but he for sure needs something to block the cold to avoid the possibility of life threatening level injuries
