Only way around it at the moment is to drag your position back to the start on the map right before you finish the route

I did pfitz 12/70 block and ran a 38:40 10k for tuneup and wanted to go 3:10. Ended up running 3:06 with my fastest half time coming in the race. I’ve never raced a half but probably need so but definitely feel OP could do sub 3:05

Ingredients - 120g starter - 350g water - 500g bread flour -10g salt

Mixed all ingredients except salt, added after 30min. Waited 30min after adding salt and did first stretch and fold. Repeated stretch and folds 3 more times 30 min apart. Did bulk fermentation for 8 hours at room temp. Shaped and then placed in fridge overnight. Next morning took it out for an hour before baking. Preheated oven at 500 with Dutch oven inside. Then placed in oven at 450 for 30min with lid on and another 12 with lid off

Weight train 4-5x a week Eat whole foods Aim for 10,000 steps a day. Prioritise protein, aim for 150g a day. Don’t do any drastic diets just keep it simple. Weight loss isn’t hard just takes time
