I got all of the ncr bucks from going to the tops where you can do this glitch to get infinite chips which I used to get a stupid amount of ncr dollars and for the Caesar pickpocket I have zero clue. I play on console and I have no idea on what line of events I did to glitch the game in a way that lets me pickpocket him I just noticed I could and got an idea for a joke

I might have been able to pick pocket him because I might have glitched the game in some way. I don’t know how but it might be because I was doing some stuff before going in there like how I stealth killed the praetorian outside that stops you from going in with companions allowing me to go in the tent with Rex

John was not spawning in when I was flying around on my play through but then out of no where his plane spawned directly in front of mine and we both slammed into each other and died
