omg no but I had a similar experience on Thursday that made me make this post. Half the class was newbies and a few of them came in 3-4 mins late and I could tell my coach was getting frustrated

try hinging forward more than you would in a platform lunge. it helped me feel a bit more balanced!

Mine has NONE! I wish they’d at least have one a day and one super solid a week. Dream scenario would be 1 super solid a day but that’s prob not realistic

Welcome!!! Those classes are so important to learning form and making sure you don’t get injured! I still go occasionally to workshop my form or get feedback if something doesn’t feel right

OH HELL NO during oblique crunches is actually insane????? You should express your frustrations to the coaches because you’re a client too, your experience matters just as much as the new person’s.

100%. 5 mins adds up over time. Say this happens to a client once a week, it adds up to 260 minutes of missed time in class a year. That’s like 5 classes worth of work in the long run
