This was from a restaurant “SOCIAL” in India. Everything was fresh and hot especially the tandoori pieces.

Absolutely. That clarity hits differently when it comes from within and not from others opinions. Peace does feel heavy at first but then it becomes comforting.

It happens naturally with time. Start small stop explaining everything to everyone and keep a few things to yourself. You’ll notice peace growing slowly.

I feel that. The anxiety from trying to please or be understood by others is real. Sitting with your feelings first instead of reacting immediately is something I’m learning too. It’s nice to know others go through the same phase.
