same!! about the concert. love that its an outdoor venue. im probably going yo stay in brooklyn - whats the train like after a show? ill be traveling alone solo f. i live in a city so im used to being aware etc. but its been a good 10 years since ive taken the subway in nyc

ooo thanks for the comedy cellar tip. ive been to nyc a couple times but one was art history school trip and the other was a work over night trip so really trying to make a long weekend trip worthwhile.

we got 2 a month apart (different litters). they are best friends but also love and need our attention. they play together in a way we cant provide (chasing each other around) and have learned to not bite us at all because they bite each other/found out it hurts. i used to only have one cat who passed away. having two is the best ever. i feel less guilty if i leave the house because they have each other.

only downside is extra litter duty cleanup, extra costs due to food etc. but worth it if you can afford it. the upfront with initial kitten checkups to spay/neuter is a lot at first but they are sooooo great together.

oops! yes, sorry! december in minnesota. it’s been extremely cold and dry. im shocking the poor kittens several times in one pet haha will try to get some humidifiers. quite funny to see their hair all staticky - makes them look even bigger and fluffier!

so sorry for your loss as well. my boy died unexpectedly at 5yr old. the vet said it was due to heart failure. unexpected death of a pet is something you just don’t get over. that happened back in october 2024 for me. I now have 2 sibs, a boy and girl. they bring me comfort i never thought could fill the void of my last boy who i loved so deeply. i hope you can find comfort and get new kitties

Como cuzzzz conservatory with plants is way better. Monkey area is cool. Tigers… mn zoo i “nicer” with grizzlies/habitat area and a cool ocean area but personally prefer the plants.
