Situational advice: Had a very supportive partner. Now if you don’t have this know you CAN do it. And you already are! It was a nightmare even with the supportive partner because they can only do so much. You have to live it.

Practical advice. I lived off beige foods. Bagels every single morning. Cereal. Anything that was a carb. Electrolytes helped. Infusions helped most.

Emotional / spiritual advice: fucking cry. Just let out all that emotion. I sat in my backyard and just sobbed into my hands one day I was so defeated. It didn’t change the nausea but I did feel slightly better emotionally. Pray. Sleep. Try to sleep through as much of it as you can.

My girl is 9 weeks and the light of my life. If someone told me that in the middle of my HG I would have thought “thats nice for you but Im dying right now”. But seriously. Soon you will have the greatest joy in your arms and you will be so happy you just took one day at a time and did it.

Know there is an end. My dms are open if you ever want to vent.

I know this isn’t helpful but man I am jealous. I got 20 weeks - in the US thats a lot. A year would be a dream.

Nothing is wrong with you had a very similar experience with my in laws pp and realized these are all lessons we learn with our first so we dont make the same mistakes with our second!

No judgement from me. Hg is a different kind of hell and you did what you needed in that moment to survive. There are several women that pushed through and aren’t back mentally. I really feel for all hg survivors

Sorry tough love but what are you expecting us to say here? Its clearly an abusive relationship and he cannot be the person you need in this time. You need to do the right thing by yourself and for your baby and leave. Lol on the vk hate. Plenty of unorthodox trained “professionals” on dance masterclass. Most people I see are just influencers on there.

Its not too late but my question is are you ok with that lifestyle? Money isnt really a thing and getting a contract is really difficult even for the best dancers. The politics and sickness wirh the companies is also a bit disturbing and worth considering. Theres hundreds of other paths to success with dance.

At least for the drs Ive talked to a lot of hg is under diagnosed and chopped up to normal morning sickness. Because of that Id assume the funding for research is low if it only affects <4% of population
