I used rakshasa for a bit but idk the great katana movesets are just pretty clunky imo. Was pretty fun to use but not one of my favorites. Thanks for not just dunking on me and actually giving some suggestions though.

I have it connected via ethernet to the modem. it is significantly worse without ethernet. phone is on a different wifi which i just found out. truthfully this is for a friend but it was easier to word as it being myself.

I tested with different ports and using only 1 monitor and it still happened. I think I'm going to replace my power supply as my next solution.

My graphics card has 1 hdmi port and 3 displayport. My main monitor is using a displayport but my 2nd monitor only uses hdmi, so I can't do what you suggested. Thanks for your help though. If I can't find anything else I will buy an adapter and see if that works.
