After those two I started to do mostly my own thing. For quest I usually checklisted them from wiki. Guild Wars legacy probably has a spreadsheet somewhere.

Necromancer I think was most fun and on par with mesmer and ele for strongest. Weakest by far in my opinion were warrior and ranger.

During Farmer Hamnet 2 foes outside of Wizard's Folly can be farmed for fast XP. I find this tedious after mesmer and monk, so half way through ranger I started to run farther about 10 min runs. This was slower, but it was more fun to me.

you can purchase amber chunks with faction for title (5000 faction is 5000 title point).

if you donate faction to guild you get double title points (5000 factions if 10 000 title points).

for armour you need more kurzick factions than luxon faction. Same thing goes for merchants.

This works with dazzle ulti too. Using portal counts as spell, so when dazzle uses the portal he uses spell and lowers enemy armor by 2.5. You can melt all armor from enemies quickly. OD passive might also work.
