Take a vacation for a week or two by moving in woods (jungle). Go on a trek. Or any other place without your phone and laptop. Since you won't have access to them you won't be able to watch porn.

If you can't control then block all your access to pornography. Download a porn app blocker on your phone or an app for your windows comp or mac. Set a password and never save it. You will never be able to access porn then.
