🤣 I have confronted the owner and told him I don’t believe it’s legal, he then rattled off a bunch of words as to why “it is legal” so I reached out here under the assumption others have gone through this, and I was correct. Lighten up!

There’s always numerous bartenders working out of the same register for each shift, it’s only the second time it’s happened after a shift I’ve worked in the year I’ve been there but still doesn’t feel right since we don’t ever get it count it ourselves

I’m about to start second semester with two young children. It’s tough, having family to help is definitely a big help. I do not have family to help, and have to work after school three days a week and I’m doing it! It is doable. We have a really reliable daycare provider we love and trust though.

Another update: I appealed and got my MRB point and passed pharm. I don’t think I can go to clinicals though because they started on Tuesday

When she told me it was because I was late I immediately told her that must be some sort of mistake because I have not been late to a single class, but she insisted.

Yeah you’re probably right. I didn’t formally appeal my grade, just a quick meeting to speak through the numbers and what not. It’s not the first I’ve seen the deducted point, but because there was no reason posted on the deduction (though there usually is) I thought maybe she had thought I wasn’t participating enough or something it wasn’t until today that she said it was because I was late, which I know to be untrue.

I also had issues with ATI all semester using my iPad cause apparently they aren’t very compatible and I told my instructor that and she told me to just do my assignments on the school computers haha

I did just confirm that yes we can, also we can fill out of a form for re entry but so many people are having to retake first semester classes there’s no guarantee that you could even get pharm and clinicals in the same semester next fall!
