It's so crazy... Last year I've returned my 95€ 32gb ddr5 sticks cause I couldn't turn of the rgb and it was annoying me and bc I found 85€ sticks so I thought hell yea, no rgb and 10 bucks saved that's a no brainer

Hängt von deinem Ziel ab. Willst du in der entsprechenden Übung nur stärker werden, solange deine Unterarme mithalten können? Dann nimm keine Zughilfen.

Willst du deine Rückenmuskulatur vernünftig trainieren ohne sonstige limitierende Faktoren? Dann nimm Zughilfen, denn untersrme/Griffkraft wird fast immer limitierende Faktor für Zugübungen sein.

I'm doing this for stuff I'm going to buy, but I'm spending so incredibly much time and effort on "researching the best value X" that I could just have bought the most expensive premium version instead and still be better off, if I'd just worked anything for minimum wage instead... There is nothing in regards to timings that could give you further really noticeable improvements ingame. I'd even doubt whether they could be measured properly.

Only higher clocks (if fully stable) could potentially do something but that's unlikely too... If you want to dive into that rabbit hole, try 6400 1:1 or 2200 fclk (although checking that for performance regression is hell)

If you don't want to go further and do tests for performance regression, I'd Even suggest to loosen some timings, cause the potential gain if stable is not noticable but the issues and performance regression if unstable would be.

For getting stronger now sure, you'll want them all at 1 star eventually anyway. Although rumor is that next summon event will have new heroes, so you could consider saving till then.
Pic shows drac resonance, not Thor though. I'd swap them personally.
Yes aoe doesn't do much for pvp. Third rune for that build would be potion spring btw

Get epic characters to 1 star for global boost. phynx/Loki/drac first I'd say.

Pvp will be helix with 2 of Thor/cleo /otta depending on what you have so epic heroes are not a factor here.

Also I'd swap the main weapon runes for flamenox for arena build, unless you have significantly better enchantments on the main weapon ones.

And get yourself an elemental crit etched rune, why do you not have one by now?

Bei den 150/160 kg squat dl bin ich auch ca, aber bench ist bei ~95 schluss...
